Trump: Pence’s ‘Position Is Not An Automatic Conveyor Belt’ For ‘Old Crow Mitch McConnell’ To Push Biden Through ‘If Obvious Signs Of Voter Fraud Or Irregularities Exist’

45th President Donald J. Trump issued an email statement on Friday evening after former Vice President Mike Pence delivered a speech in Florida Friday and claimed that he did not have the ability to use his power to contest the 2020 presidential election.

Pence’s remarks came after Trump issued a statement last weekend, in response to efforts by a bipartisan group of Democrats and “RINO Republicans”, according to Trump, who are trying to pass legislation that would clarify the Vice President’s role when it comes to certifying the results of a Presidential Election.

Trump, in a statement on January 30th, wondered, “If the Vice President (Mike Pence) had ‘absolutely no right’ to change the Presidential Election results in the Senate, despite fraud and many other irregularities, how come the Democrats and RINO Republicans, like Wacky Susan Collins, are desperately trying to pass legislation to not allow the Vice President to change the results of the election?”

“Actually what they’re saying, is that Mike Pence did have the right to change the outcome, and now they want to take that right away. Unfortunately, he didn’t exercise that power, he could have overturned the Election!” Trump declared.

According to Real Clear Politics: “Sen. Susan Collins told ABC News last weekend, she is working with Joe Manchin on a bipartisan reform of the 1887 Electoral Count Act to clarify the role of the vice president in counting the votes of the Electoral College and handling challenges to presidential elections.”

Responding to Trump’s remarks, Mike Pence said in a speech to the Federalist Society on Friday, “Under Article II Section One, elections are conducted at the state level, not by Congress” and that “the only role of Congress with respect to the electoral college is to open and count votes submitted and certified by the states. No more, no less”. Continued Below

“There are those in our party who believe that as the presiding officer over the joint session of Congress that I possessed unilateral authority to reject electoral college votes. And I heard this week, that President Trump said I had the right to overturn the election. President Trump is wrong. I had no right to overturn the election,” he claimed.

“The presidency belongs to the American people and the American people alone. Frankly, there is almost no idea more un-American than the notion that any one person could choose the American president,” Pence said.

“Under the Constitution, I had no right to choose the outcome of our election. And Kamala Harris will have no right to overturn the election when we beat them in 2024,” he added. Continued Below

In a statement on Friday evening, the 45th President said Pence’s “position is not an automatic conveyor belt” for “the Old Crow Mitch McConnell” to push Joe Biden through “if obvious signs of voter fraud or irregularities exist”.

Just saw Mike Pence’s statement on the fact that he had no right to do anything with respect to the Electoral Vote Count, other than being an automatic conveyor belt for the Old Crow Mitch McConnell to get Biden elected President as quickly as possible. Well, the Vice President’s position is not an automatic conveyor if obvious signs of voter fraud or irregularities exist.

That’s why the Democrats and RINOs are working feverishly together to change the very law that Mike Pence and his unwitting advisors used on January 6 to say he had no choice. The reason they want it changed is because they now say they don’t want the Vice President to have the right to ensure an honest vote. In other words, I was right and everyone knows it.

If there is fraud or large scale irregularities, it would have been appropriate to send those votes back to the legislatures to figure it out. The Dems and RINOs want to take that right away. A great opportunity lost, but not forever, in the meantime our Country is going to hell!

In an additional statement on February 1st, Trump said in part:

So pathetic to watch the Unselect Committee of political hacks, liars, and traitors work so feverishly to alter the Electoral College Act so that a Vice President cannot ensure the honest results of the election, when just one year ago they said that “the Vice President has absolutely no right to ensure the true outcome or results of an election”.

In other words, they lied, and the Vice President did have this right or, more pointedly, could have sent the votes back to various legislators for reassessment after so much fraud and irregularities were found. If it were sent back to the legislators, or if Nancy Pelosi, who is in charge of Capitol security, had taken my recommendation and substantially increased security, there would have been no ‘January 6’ as we know it!
