On Thursday, Democrats held a hearing entitled, “Assessing the Election Audit in Arizona and Threats to American Democracy” in the House Oversight and Reform Committee over the results of the Maricopa County, Arizona forensic audit.

Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA), in his remarks, slammed his Democrat colleagues for daring to “challenge the oppressive, omniscient authority of the all powerful national Democrat machine” and asserted that the “2020 election was indeed compromised”.

“How dare we? How dare we? How dare sovereign states and free Americans challenge the oppressive, omniscient authority of the all powerful national Democrat machine?” Rep. Higgins asked sarcastically.

“How dare we exercise our legal and constitutional rights to question irregularities of an incredibly significant election?” he continued.

Rep. Higgins noted there were “thousands of affidavits signed by American citizens, regarding very suspicious election irregularities on the days and weeks leading up to the 2020 election and specific shocking observations of election sabotage on election day itself.”

“But my colleagues similarly dismissed the sworn affidavits of American citizens as liars and conspiracy theorists. Yet, an illegal alien crossing our border with a scripted plea for asylum taped to his head — he’s seen as a paragon of virtue,” the Louisiana lawmaker said. Continued Below

“The 2020 Election was indeed compromised. We don’t know how much because investigations take time,” he insisted.

Rep. Higgins said that Joe Biden was sworn in on January 20, but told his Democrat colleagues, “Listen good. On January 20, 2025, we [are] gonna fix that”.

“And Democrats will have an opportunity to deal with the [reelected] and newly inaugurated President Donald J. Trump, again. And I have no doubt that my Democratic colleagues across the isle will object,” the Republican congressman predicted. Video Below
