In a tweet posted on Thursday, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) called for the death penalty, the Electoral College and ICE to all be abolished.
The demand made by Omar came in wake of Democrat efforts to persuade Joe Biden do away with several aspects of the Trump Administration’s agenda if the former Vice President succeeds at being sworn in on January 20. Far-left Democrats have continually been vocal in their push to do away with the Electoral College and ICE, but the issue surrounding capital punishment has shifted more into focus in recent days.
