Joe Biden told reporters — upon returning to the White House — that he got “sandbagged” when asked how he was feeling after his big fall on stage during a graduation ceremony at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado on Thursday.
While turning to exit the stage, Biden tripped and slammed the ground. He then struggled to get up on his own and was assisted by three Secret Service agents and one Airman. Afterwards, Biden seen in video footage, pointed to a sandbag on the stage.
