Former Hollywood actor James Woods had a special message directed towards the thousands of former Twitter employees who recently either got laid off or walked away from their job as a result of Elon Musk’s initial shakeup since taking control of the social media network.

“Another employee exodus appears to be underway at Twitter as many workers rejected Elon Musk’s terms for staying with the company, choosing instead to depart, according to multiple current and former employees,” CNN reported. “As the deadline approached for Twitter employees to respond to Elon Musk’s ultimatum to commit to working in an ‘extremely hardcore’ fashion at the company or leave, some employees appeared to publicly indicate they had chosen the latter option. On Thursday afternoon, Twitter staffers began posting the salute emoji, which has become a signal that someone is exiting the company.”

As several employees publicly expressed their reason for leaving the Big Tech company and appeared to seek public sympathy on both on Twitter and through mainstream sources, Mr. Woods was not feeding into it.

“So a bunch of commie groomers get fired from a job they never showed up for, after spending years suppressing the free speech of half the nation. They interfere with a presidential election, saddling the nation with a nincompoop clown show… And we’re supposed to care?” Woods tweeted.

Moments later, Woods responded directly to former Twitter engineering manager Peter Clowes who posted his long-winded explanation for why he chose to leave the social media network after surviving massive layoffs handed down by Musk.

“You all banned or suppressed millions of Americans because you didn’t like their politics,” Woods replied. “Eat shit, every one of you.”

The former Twitter employee eventually blocked Woods, however we were able to recover a screenshot of the exchange beforehand, as seen below.

Meanwhile, Musk appears to be considering reinstating former President Donald Trump to Twitter after bein permanently suspended from the platform nearly three years ago.
