While beginning a speech over the economy at the Volvo Group Powertrain Operations, in Hagerstown, Maryland on Friday, Joe Biden appeared to struggle with basic math.
“Let me start off with two words: Made in America,” Biden said, with a sign in front that read “Made in America” — which is three words.
“Made in America,” Biden repeated, without correcting his mistake. “That’s not hyperbole, I’m not joking about that as you know.”

It’s not the first time Biden has struggled with basic math. In 2008, on the campaign trail,, Biden spelled out the word “J-O-B-S” after calling it a three-letter word.
