Officials in Maricopa County, Arizona and Dominion Voting Systems on Monday announced their defiance of the state Senate’s latest round of subpoenas, continuing a clash that started last year.

Arizona state senators had issued two new subpoenas on last week to Maricopa County and Dominion Voting Systems for materials needed to complete the forensic audit over the 2020 general election, as previously reported by The Freedom Times.

Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors decided in a closed session not to deliver any more election-related materials or information to the Arizona Senate, despite a judge, earlier this year, ruling subpoenas from the body lawful.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann (R) sought ballot envelopes or ballot envelope images; user names, passwords, and security keys for election machines; voter records; routers or router images; and splunk logs.

Meanwhile, in a separate letter to Kory Langhofer, attorney for Arizona Senate President Karen Fann– a lawyer representing Dominion claimed the subpoena the company received was “legally defective.”

Dominion objected to public records requests made by the Arizona Senate seeking records from its company. CEO John Poulos told Langhofer in a letter that Dominion is not a public body and therefore “has no obligation to make its records available for public inspection.” Continued Below

Poulos also alleged that security keys and passwords needed to access some levels of the machines used in Maricopa County—the ones the county claims it does not hold—are not public records. “Accordingly, because the Law has no application, Dominion will not produce or allow inspection of the materials requested,” Poulos said.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers (R) reacted Monday on Twitter after Dominion and Maricopa County defied the subpoenas.

In a series of tweets, Rogers wrote, “I would have arrested all of these people already if I had the power to do so. I vote to arrest. Arrest and put them in solitary.”

“Patriots activate. They are acting guilty. If it walks like a duck….”, Senator Rogers said.

“I would like to know if we have enough solitary confinement cells in Arizona available for the entire Maricopa Board of Supervisors and the execs at the fraud machine company. We are going to need a lot,” the Arizona state senator tweeted.

“Should stolen elections be considered treason?” Senator Rogers wondered.
