Senior legal adviser to the Trump campaign, Jenna Ellis, issued a statement on behalf of President Trump’s legal team Thursday, in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, to clear up misinformation appearing to be spread over the campaign’s lawsuits.

Ellis’ statement comes as President Trump’s legal team is pursuing every legal avenue in which the Constitution grants to the president.

Jenna Ellis’ statement on behalf of President Trump’s legal team reads as follows:

To be clear: The Trump Legal Team has not filed 50+ cases. Our litigation is only on behalf of the Campaign and the President and has always been focused on ensuring every legal vote is counted and ensuring election integrity.

Our relatively few cases have focused on the false certifications, the overwhelming evidence state laws and the Constitution were violated in administration of the election, and demanding state legislatures exercise their absolute authority in the manner of selecting delegates.

Many other individuals & groups have filed lawsuits or raised theories that they are pursuing—separately from Trump Campaign. We will fight for the state legislatures to act & we will pursue all constitutionally appropriate & viable pathways to correcting this corrupted election. Continued Below

According to establishment media and mainstream “news sources”, the Trump campaign keeps losing lawsuits. With a simple “Google” search, the left-leaning web browser, displays the many liberal sources’ reporting and even much of the same “news sources”, which are factually incorrect, according to Jenna Ellis.

Here’s a few examples:

Most recently, on Sunday, President Trump’s campaign committee, filed a petition for writ of certiorari to the US. Supreme Court to reverse a trio of Pennsylvania Supreme Court cases which illegally changed Pennsylvania’s mail balloting law immediately before and after the 2020 presidential election in violation of Article II of the United States Constitution and Bush v. Gore.

This represents the Campaign’s first independent U.S. Supreme Court filing and seeks relief based on the same Constitutional arguments successfully raised in Bush v. Gore.
