Conservative actor Scott Baio put the heat on Mitt Romney after the Utah Senator, once again, openly criticized President Donald Trump — this time over Trump’s post-election legal strategy to potentially defeat Joe Biden.
In a statement posted on social media, Romney slammed Trump’s legal team for not yet bringing a “plausible case” of alleged widespread voter fraud into the court of law.
Sen. Romney went on to imply that it is a terrible “undemocratic action” that Trump is demanding state legislatures to make decisions favorable to him in the event that mass fraud is proven to have resulted in Biden’s projected victory.

“Having failed to make even a plausible case of widespread fraud or conspiracy before any court of law, the President has now resorted to overt pressure on state and local officials to subvert the will of the peopleand overturn the election,” Romney said in his statement. “It is difficult to imagine a worse, more undemocratic action by a sitting American President.”
Scott Baio, who starred in the hit sit-com Happy Days, fired back after seeing Romney’s statement.
“Hey @MittRomney, beautiful golf courses in Utah……maybe I’ll move there, play a few rounds and unseat you,” Baio wrote.
“P.S. My wife is still waiting for her $2600 refund. Remember your wife canceled that Beverly Hills political luncheon fundraiser? But your campaign kept the money,” he added.

President Trump’s legal advisor Jenna Ellis also had a few words for Sen. Romney when she appeared on Friday’s airing of Lou Dobbs.
