President Trump’s attorney Sidney Powell is standing strong by her claim that there was mass voter fraud in the 2020 election.

And the chairman of the Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes her, according to a statement he posted on Monday.

Powell has been presenting information on over the past week showing how votes were systematically manipulated away from President Trump to allow for Joe Biden’s miraculaous come-from-behind victory after election night.

Among some of the most explosive allegations put forward by Powell, includes the use of the software SmartMatic to fix “millions” of votes in favor of Biden. And she is persistent that she will prove it when she has her day in court, and the results will be overturned when all is said and done.

FEC chairman Trey Trainor stood by Powell’s claims on Monday in a statement posted on Twitter, where he cited her credibility and success as an attorney

“Having practiced law for almost 2 decades as a member of the State Bar of Texas, I’ve never known fellow TX lawyer @SidneyPowell1 to be anything but forthright and honest in every case she’s ever taken on. If she says there is rampant voter fraud in #Election2020, I believe her,” Trainor wrote. See Below

In the days following the election, Trainor openly expressed his concern that voter fraud could likely be taking place in cities where Republican observers were not granted “meaningful access” to polling locations.

Trainor suspects that claims of voter fraud will ultimately be heard by the Supreme Court.

“Ultimately, we are probably going to see these things end up in the Supreme Court with various challenges under the 14th Amendment,” Trainor told Newsmax on the Friday after the election.
