Civil Rights attorney, Leo Terrell, who walked away from the Democratic Party, took to Twitter following Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death, offering his condolences, then urged Senate Republicans to confirm a nominee as the Commander in Chief has a “constitutional duty” to rightly do so.
Terrell also ripped “cry baby” New York Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer’s opposition to President Donald Trump picking the next Supreme Court nominee, expressing, “Get lost Democrats”.
Leo Terrell expressed that the November election “becomes critical”, and offered his “condolences to the Ginsburg family”.

The Civil Rights attorney wrote on Friday, “We need to have nine Judges immediately. Can you imagine a contested presidential election and a deadlocked Supreme Court[?] We would need nine Judges to break a 4-4 deadlock. Nominate a Justice #PresidentTrump! You have the constitutional authority to do so.”
Responding to Chuck Schumer, Leo Terrell ripped the New York Democrat Senator on Saturday morning, proclaiming, “Crybabies #Democrats unlawfully impeached @realDonaldTrump with fake charges. Now cry baby @SenSchumer is asking #PresidentTrump not to exercise his constitutional right of nominating a successor to #JusticeGinsburg. Get lost Democrats.”
Terrell’s comment came after Schumer tweeted on Friday: “The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice. Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president.” Continued Below
Leo Terrell also slammed Joe Biden for his “ambiguous” statement, in which the Democratic presidential nominee tweeted on Friday, “Let me be clear: The voters should pick a President, and that President should select a successor to Justice Ginsburg”.
“Sorry Sleepy #JoeBiden: You are not clear. President Trump has the constitutional authority to nominate a successor tonight if he wants. The Senate has the authority to confirm. Please review the constitutional. [sic] Your statement is ambiguous,” he said.

He went on to note that he “left the Democratic Party because I placed ‘America first’ over party”, and informed Republican Senators that he will “criticize” those “who fail to confirm” President Trump’s nominee to replace Justice Ginsburg.
