Reporter Andy Ngô tweeted video footage Thursday of young children marching outside of the Portland federal courthouse, carrying signs, and enticing the kids to engage in profanity against police officers.
Ngo tweeted along with the video: “Toddlers and very young children are marched outside the Portland federal courthouse. They carry signs and say, “F— the police” on cue from the adults. One toddler does the black power fist.”

Meanwhile, Democratic Mayor Ted Wheeler of Portland, Oregon was tear gassed while he was near the federal courthouse, alongside protesters and anarchists on Wednesday night.
He was accompanied by “at least four body guards”, according to Andy Ngo.
“I’m not gonna lie, it stings, it’s hard to breathe,” Wheeler said. “Man, uh, I can tell you with 100% honesty, I saw nothing that provoked this response. It’s absolutely stunning. I’m not afraid, but I am pissed off.”
Be a shame if this video exposing Ted Wheeler went viral. Please do not RT. https://t.co/ZvU6qRo1YP
