On Tuesday, Democrat president frontrunner implied that the environment has “impacted” the spread of the coronavirus, and he claimed there is “mounting evidence” to back it up.
The former Vice President made the remarks while speaking with CNN’s Chris Cuomo about how the United States now has “an opportunity to change some of the structural things that are wrong.”

“We have an opportunity, Chris, to change some of the structural things that are wrong — some of the structural things we couldn’t get anyone’s attention on,” Biden said.
“Everyone now understands that we have a voting system that is not transparent and clear and not available to everyone,” he added. “Everybody understands that the environment has impacted on this coronavirus and mounting evidence of that.”
“Everyone understands that we have to lead the world — we can’t just sit back — because no one else will,” Biden declared. Video Below

Biden didn’t provide any specific “evidence” to back-up his claim that that environment has “impacted” the coronavirus, however, his suggestion comes just days after former President Obama tied the virus to climate change in a tweet.
We’ve seen all too terribly the consequences of those who denied warnings of a pandemic. We can’t afford any more consequences of climate denial. All of us, especially young people, have to demand better of our government at every level and vote this fall. https://t.co/K8Ucu7iVDK
