Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden mistakenly told voters that he was running for Senate while speaking at a the South Dinner in Charleston, South Carolina on Monday night.

The latest gaffe couldn’t have come at a worst time for Biden, who is hoping to squeeze out his first primary victory in South Carolina, which he once considered to be a “firewall” to his campaign.

“I have a simple proposition here,” Biden told South Carolina voters. “I’m here to ask you for your help. Where I come from, you don’t get far unless you ask.”

“My name is Joe Biden. I’m a Democratic candidate for the United States Senate,” he added while continuing his campaign pitch.

On Tuesday, Donald Trump Jr. uploaded video of Biden’s gaffe to his Twitter account and questioned, “..When is enough enough with Joe? He’s been running for 18 months and doesn’t know what he’s running for?”

“If his family wasn’t making millions off of his public office they should have stepped in a long time ago,” he added. “This isn’t right.” Video Below

In another reaction to the gaffe, Don Jr. tweeted, “Biden does this and so much worse every single day. Where are all the great TV psychologists who are always so willing to diagnose Trump on Joe Biden???”

He continued, “In reality, it’s so bad it should not take a psychologist to understand that Joe is truly struggling cognitively.” See Below
