The release of the Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s FISA report led to mixed reactions from both sides of the aisle.
President Trump called the IG’s findings “far worse than I would have ever thought possible,” while former FBI Director James Comey said the report indicates “it was just good people trying to protect America.”

Comey even went as far to claim that “Fox & Friends” cancelled an appearance he was supposed to make due to IG report fallout.
“FYI: I offered to go on Fox & Friends to answer all questions. I can’t change their viewers on Donald Trump but hoped to give them some actual facts about the FBI,” Comey tweeted.
“They booked me for tomorrow at 8 am,” he then claimed. “They just cancelled. Must have read the report.” See Below

Moments after Comey made the allegation about Fox, a spokesman from the network denied it saying Comey “was not booked and was never confirmed to appear on Fox & Friends,” according to The Hill.
Some of Fox’s most popular hosts also responded to Comey, telling him that he is more than welcome to appear on their programs at any time.
Hosts who reached out to Comey include Sean Hannity, Bret Baier, Martha MacCallum and Maria Bartiromo.
In his response, Hannity said: “Hey Mr Super Patriot, come on my show ‘Hannity’ on Fox News. The #1 show in all of Cable News. I’ll give you the Full hour Tuesday night & I’ll offer 3 full hours on 625 of the biggest and best talk radio stations in America.”
