On Friday, Dan Bongino showed his frustration with Senator Lindsey Graham’s lack of “desire” to gain access to phone records pertaining to Congressman Adam Schiff.

Bongino tweeted “WHY NOT???” in response to a Breibart article that quoted Senator Graham as saying, “I don’t have any desire to subpoena Adam Schiff’s phone records.”

Graham has been feeling pressure from Republicans to subpoena Schiff’s records in wake of reports the Democrat representative using his subpoena power to access phone records from fellow Congressman Devin Nunes, President Trump’s lawyers and investigative reporter John Solomon.

In a video attached to the article tweeted by Bongino, Graham is seen telling reporters: “No, I don’t have any desire to subpoena Adam Schiff’s phone records. We’re not going to do that. No, we’re not going to do that. I wouldn’t want my phone records subpoenaed. Now, if some investigative body outside of Senate oversight wants to do it, that’s up to them. But when House members and Senate members start subpoenaing each other as part of oversight, the whole system breaks down.”

Donald Trump Jr.’s retweet of Bongino’s post caught the attention of USA Today journalist Christal Hayes, who said: “This tweet was retweeted by Donald Trump Jr. The Senate is usually the “cooling saucer” for the heated House, but Graham and other prominent GOP senators are going to be feeling a lot of pressure in this Senate trial.”

Bongino agreed with Hayes and doubled down on his call for Senator Graham to take action. Video Below

“You’re DAMN RIGHT they’re going to feel the pressure,” Bongino said in his reply to Hayes.

“The POTUS was spied on, a member of the media had his phone records leaked, a GOP Rep had his call records made public and the POTUS’ lawyer was targeted, AGAIN,” he said. “Enough of this bullshit. Take the gloves off already!” Video Below
