Four “law professors” testified Wednesday during the Democratic-led impeachment inquiry against President Trump in the House Judiciary Committee. However, three of the four “law professors” were handpicked Democrats with an apparent bias toward the president, and who declared that President Trump committed “impeachable offenses” and “abused his power”.
Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee took to Twitter to react to the “embarrassing political porn show” that Democrats publicly held in the committee in their continued effort to smear the President.
Harvard Law Professor Noah Feldman claimed during his opening statement Wednesday: “President Trump’s conduct, as described in the testimony in evidence, clearly constitutes ‘impeachable high crimes and misdemeanors under the Constitution,’” adding that the Commander in Chief’s July 25th phone call “more than sufficiently indicates that President Trump abused his office by soliciting the president of Ukraine to investigate his political rivals in order to gain personal advantage … to the 2020 election.”
UNC-Chapel Hill Law School Professor Michael Gerhardt asserted in his opening statement, “The president has committed several impeachable offenses, including bribery, abuse of power and soliciting of personal favor from a foreign leader to benefit himself personally, obstructing justice and obstructing Congress.”
Pamela Karlan, a Stanford Law Professor, and the Democrats’ star witness claimed in her opening statement:“What has happened in the case before you, is something that I do not think we have ever seen before: a president who has doubled down on violating his oath to ‘faithfully execute’ the laws and to ‘protect and defend the Constitution. The evidence reveals the president used the powers of his office to demand that a foreign government participate in undermining a competing candidate for the presidency.”
Karlan also snapped on Ranking Member of the Judiciary Committee, Doug Collins (R-CA) in her opening statement, after Collins suggested during his opening, that the witnesses didn’t have time to read Schiff’s 300-page report or the GOP’s 123-page report, ahead of Wednesday’s hearing. The final straw for Republicans came when Karlan name-dropped 13-year-old Barron Trump after she had been asked to describe the differences between a president and a king.
“The Constitution says there can be no titles of nobility. So while the president can name his son Barron, he can’t make him a baron,’ Pamela Karlan told lawmakers during the hearing, which prompted First Lady Melania to immediately fire back.
“A minor child deserves privacy and should be kept out of politics. Pamela Karlan, you should be ashamed of your very angry and obviously biased public pandering, and using a child to do it,” Melania firmed stated. (Continued Below)
Mike Huckabee took to Twitter to give his take on the Democrats’ “political porn show” that is being played out in the impeachment process.

Huckabee also reacted to Karlan, who took a “cheap shot” at Barron Trump, and tweeted, “After watching her angry tirade against Trump and then her taking cheap shot at a child of @realDonaldTrump, I’m not as worried she gave to Lizzie Warren-I fear she gave money to Lizzie Borden!”

He also tweeted a video of Rep.
