Hurricane Dorian is barreling through the Bahamas as a catastrophic Category 5 storm that is producing winds at 185 mph and gusts up to 225 mph. Meanwhile, it’s reportedly headed to the coast of FL where it will then turn its direction northwest.
However, the former prime minister of Canada cheered the fact that President Trump’s golf resort at Mar-a-Lago could be in its path. Kim Campbell, who served as the 19th Canadian prime minister for less than five months in 1993, tweeted that she is “rooting” for President Trump’s Mara-a- Lago private resort to take a direct hit.
“I’m rooting for a direct hit on Mar a Lago!” Kim Campbell tweeted last week.

The President announced Thursday that instead of visiting the European nation, he would instead send Vice President Mike Pence while he monitors the storm.
“To ensure that all resources of the federal government are focused on the arriving storm, I have decided to send our Vice President Mike Pence to Poland this weekend in my place. It’s something very important for me to be here,” President Trump said.

Responding to Campbells’ remarks, Dr. Sebastian Gorka fired back on Twitter exposing her true colors.
Gorka wrote, “This woman is a perfect example of the arrogant ‘elite’ that has utter contempt for real people like you.”
“[Campbell] is a pathetic excuse of a human being. And just another example of why @realDonaldTrump is President of the greatest nation on Earth,” he added. (Continued Below)
Amid the backlash that Campbell received, she later deleted her tweet and issued an apology.
“I have deleted my tweet about the hurricane & Mar a Lago and sincerely apologize to all it offended. It was intended as sarcasm-not a serious wish of harm. Throwaway lines get a life of their own on Twitter. I shd know better. Mea culpa,” she wrote.
