Former White House press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, took to Twitter amid former special counsel Robert Mueller testifying on Wednesday before two congressional committees.
Sanders exposed Democrats and their lies while adding “all along it was a total witch hunt.”
Sarah Sanders posted a series of tweets along with a video clip of Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX), who declared that Robert’s Mueller’s findings violated Justice Department policy and the “bedrock principle of our justice system.”
“The special counsel’s job didn’t say you were to determine Trump’s innocence or to exonerate him,” Ratcliffe explained. “It’s not in documents, it’s not in the Office of Legal Counsel opinion, any justice manual… Respectfully, it was not the special counsel’s job to conclusively determine Trump’s innocence.” [Emphasized]
He added, “Because the bedrock principle of our justice system is a presumption of innocence– everyone is entitled to it, including a sitting president, and because of a presumption of innocence, a prosecutor never, ever needs to determine it. You wrote 180 pages about decisions that weren’t reached, about potential crimes that weren’t charged or decided.”
Ratcliffe declared that the obstruction section of the report “was not authorized under the law to be written– it was written under a legal standard that does not exist at the Justice Department.” [Emphasized] (Continued Below)
Sanders wrote on Twitter with a clip of Ratcliffe, “Didn’t take long for Mueller to once again vindicate President @realDonaldTrump. No collusion. No obstruction. And now Mueller all but admits it was all along a total witch hunt”.
Then, Sanders explained that it’s been clear it was a “partisan investigation run by Democrats”, and everyone knew except for the “liberal media.”
She said, “What’s been clear to all but the liberal media is this was a partisan investigation run by Democrats out to destroy @realDonaldTrump with Mueller as the figurehead. Thank you House Democrats for calling today’s hearing and exposing the truth for all Americans to see”. (Video Below)
“The Mueller investigation will forever be a dark chapter in our nation’s history but in the end @realDonaldTrump triumphed over the anti-democratic forces seeking to frame him, overturn the results of the 2016 election, and deny the will of the American people,” Sanders wrote.
Then, she exposed three of Democrats’ lies that “almost” maker her “feel sorry for them.”
“Almost feel sorry for the Democrats: they said @realDonaldTrump would lose-he won; said he’d ruin our economy-it’s booming; and when all else failed said he’s a traitor!” Sanders proclaimed.
“When in fact he’s a patriot making America great again. Maybe Dems should just quit lying and do their jobs,” she recommended.
