It’s no wonder the Democrats keep losing when Hollywood gets involved in politics.
When little known actress Alyssa Milano involved herself in Georgia politics by supporting Stacey Abrams (D) over Brian Kemp (R)…well, Abrams LOST the Gubernatorial race. (MORE BELOW.)
Hollywood and their wild ideas seem to divide America.
For some odd reason, after the Democrat candidate LOST as the Governor of Georgia, Milano jumped on board to BOYCOTT GEORGIA.
In other words, Hollywood streamed together a string of third rate actors and actress to BOYCOTT GEORGIA on producing films there.
Oddly, it did not quite have the outcome Milano and Hollywood expected. Half the Democrats in Georgia think it’s crazy to take their livelihood away by boycotting the movie industry.
And the other half of Georgia liberals think it’s a great idea. So, Milano not only LOST the race for Abrams by supporting her but also managed to divide the Democrats in Georgia too. (MORE BELOW.)
Reactions to the BOYCOTT GEORGIA by HOLLYWOOD.
The Daily Caller reported, “several Hollywood actors have called for a boycott of Georgia’s film industry after Republican Brian Kemp officially won the state’s gubernatorial contest.”
Then Georgia voters who are also Democrats joined in to give their feedback. So now Georgia Democrats are completely split on the issue.
Alyssa Milano calls for the film industry to pull out of Georgia then the Democrat Stacey Abrams who lost tried to off-set Milano’s boycott. Georgian’s are mixed. They don’t know who to support. Maybe Milano is the BEST thing that happened to the Republican’s after all! (MORE BELOW.)

There are over 20 productions shooting in Georgia.
Is the entertainment industry willing to support the economy of a totally corrupt state that suppresses democracy; where the winner isn’t the best choice for the people but the best schemer or crook?

I appreciate the calls to action, but I ask all of our entertainment industry friends to support #FairFightGA – but please do not #boycottgeorgia. The hard-working Georgians who serve on crews & make a living here are not to blame. I promise: We will fight – and we will win.

Respectfully disagree with @staceyabrams, the only things these people understand is loss of money. That’s what made the difference in the 60’s. I am a voter in GA and support #boycottgeorgia

Don’t #boycottGeorgia: invest in the local arts community there and keep the migration from the coasts coming.

This #BoycottGeorgia crap is about to make my head explode. @Alyssa_Milano @perlmutations @WhitfordBradley Instead of hurting all of us who have families and careers here, join us in fighting. Killing our livelihood is a slap in the face to your fellow SAG-AFTRA Artists #sagaftra

THIS! Actors and producers and other film/tv industry types advocating for any type of #boycottgeorgia action must be cool with chasing the growing number of progressives right back out of the state and leaving it poor and red forever. You're not helping, assholes. https://t.co/MCiqYb8VJP
